La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione del servizio beverage dell'osteria, garantendo la corretta preparazione dei drink e delle bevande nel rispetto delle ricette e degli standard operativi definiti. Collaborerà inoltre con il personale di sala, fornendo supporto operativo quando necessario, al fine di assicurare un servizio efficiente e un'esperienza positiva per il cliente.
Nello specifico, si occuperà di:
- Preparare e gestire la linea drink, garantendo il rispetto delle ricette e degli standard qualitativi previsti.
- Assicurare il servizio beverage per l'intera sala, curando la corretta preparazione e somministrazione di drink e bevande.
- Organizzare e mantenere in ordine la propria postazione di lavoro, nel rispetto degli standard operativi assegnati.
- Collaborare con il personale di sala, supportando i camerieri nelle attività operative quando necessario in base alle esigenze del servizio.
