DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
La risorsa sarà inserita nella brigata di cucina e supporterà il team nella preparazione delle pietanze e nella gestione del servizio di cucina. In particolare, si occuperà della preparazione e della mise en place per i servizi di colazione, pranzo e/o cena, garantendo qualità e rispetto degli standard della struttura, nonché del corretto utilizzo e della manutenzione delle attrezzature di cucina.
