About Lio
Build AI that runs inside the world's largest enterprises.
Everyone is building AI. Very few are making it work at enterprise scale.
At Lio, we're building the AI workforce for procurement. Our AI agents automate complex, mission-critical workflows across procurement, logistics, and finance for some of the world's largest companies.
Backed by leading investors including a16z and Y Combinator, we're growing fast and tackling some of the most complex challenges in enterprise AI.
We're looking for people who want to take ownership, solve hard problems, and build technology that delivers real business impact.
The Role
We're looking for an exceptional Oracle Procurement Expert to own how Lio integrates with Oracle environments across our enterprise customers.
Many of the world's largest organizations run their procurement and financial operations on Oracle. To make AI agents work in these environments, we need deep technical expertise, scalable integration architectures, and people who can turn complex enterprise requirements into working solutions.
You'll become our go-to expert for Oracle Procurement, working directly with customers, engineers, and implementation teams to design, build, and scale integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite.
This isn't a traditional consulting role. You'll own solutions end-to-end, from architecture discussions with enterprise stakeholders to hands-on configuration, debugging, and production deployment.
What You'll Do
Own our Oracle integration strategy: Define integration patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards across Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Oracle E-Business Suite.
Build enterprise-grade integrations: Design and implement data flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and cXML.
Work directly with enterprise customers: Lead technical workshops with procurement teams, IT stakeholders, and implementation partners to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
Get hands-on: Configure integrations, troubleshoot interface errors, resolve data inconsistencies, and support deployments from testing through go-live.
Connect AI with enterprise procurement: Enable our agents to interact with requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, supplier data, catalogs, and invoices.
Shape our product: Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn customer-specific integration challenges into reusable product capabilities.
Build internal expertise: Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practices while supporting our implementation teams and external partners.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on Oracle experience, with deep expertise in enterprise procurement.
Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle E-Business Suite, ideally across multiple enterprise projects.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), purchasing, and invoice processing.
Experience integrating Oracle Procurement with Financials, Supply Chain, and external applications.
Technical proficiency with OIC, Oracle APIs, FBDI, SQL, data mappings, and integration troubleshooting.
Experience owning technical workstreams or solution architecture in complex enterprise environments.
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with senior enterprise stakeholders.
A hands-on mindset: you're equally comfortable discussing architecture with a CIO and debugging a production issue.
Nice to Have
Experience with both Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS, including migration projects.
Oracle Procurement Cloud or OIC certifications.
Experience with other procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer.
Scripting experience, particularly Python.
Exposure to AI, intelligent automation, or document-processing technologies.
Why Join Lio?
Own a critical technical domain: Become the Oracle authority and directly shape our enterprise integration capabilities.
Build real-world AI: Bring AI agents into production at some of the world's largest organizations.
Shape our US expansion: Join our growing New York team and help establish how we deliver enterprise AI across the US market.
High ownership, real impact: Your work will directly influence our product, customer implementations, and technical strategy.
Move fast: Work alongside ambitious engineers and operators in an environment with high standards, trust, and minimal bureaucracy.
If you're excited about combining deep Oracle expertise with cutting-edge AI, we'd love to hear from you.
