- Establish and reinforce operational standards and procedures to promote consistency, accuracy, accountability, and adherence to established workflows.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on operational planning, performance reviews, resource needs, and initiatives that support departmental goals and broader business objectives.
- Anticipate and mitigate operational risks by identifying recurring issues, evaluating their impact, and implementing sustainable solutions to prevent future disruptions.
Skills and Abilities:
- 4–7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Fulfillment, or related operational environments.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership, people management, or operational supervision preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume workflows, coordinating multiple teams, and delivering measurable operational results.
- Proven ability to manage operational priorities, allocate resources, and maintain service levels in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable business and process improvements.
