About the company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full sales journey for high-value accounts, from first outreach and discovery through pilots, closing and later expansion. Work closely with senior decision-makers and cross-functional reviewers to shape evaluations and build the financial case for adoption.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete sales cycle for key accounts, from prospecting through account growth.
- Cultivate relationships with senior leaders and other decision-makers at target organizations.
- Map how a prospective client operates and pinpoint where a solution would add the most value.
- Build persuasive financial cases that quantify revenue impact and return on investment.
- Work with the many internal groups that weigh in on a major purchase, from operations and IT to risk and contract review, during evaluations.
- Structure pilots and trials that lead a buyer toward wide rollout.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects instead of relying only on inbound interest.
- Pass customer and market feedback to product and customer teams.
- Help shape sales playbooks, positioning and operating standards as the team grows.

- Hands-on skill in quantitative analysis that proves value, then communicating it to senior audiences.
- A top-10 MBA, unless the candidate comes from a leading consulting firm.
Bonus points
- Past wins on sizeable multi-year agreements valued at $500K or more.
- Sales background with complex technology offerings aimed at regulated financial organizations.
