Le risorse si occuperanno della gestione delle richieste degli utenti, fornendo assistenza telefonica e scritta, informazioni e supporto operativo sui servizi universitari, tra cui ammissioni, immatricolazioni e programmi di mobilità internazionale.
Il ruolo prevede l’utilizzo dell’italiano e dell’inglese nelle conversazioni telefoniche, nelle comunicazioni scritte e nella registrazione delle richieste attraverso i sistemi CRM.
