Le risorse seguiranno le richieste di riparazione sotto il profilo commerciale e logistico, interfacciandosi con clienti privati e rivenditori e accompagnandoli nelle diverse fasi dell’assistenza post-vendita.
Attività principali
- Gestione delle richieste di assistenza e riparazione.
- Coordinamento dei corrieri per il ritiro degli articoli e monitoraggio delle spedizioni.
- Preparazione dei documenti di trasporto e gestione delle etichette identificative dei prodotti.
- Raccolta e aggiornamento delle informazioni sullo stato delle riparazioni.
- Comunicazione ai clienti delle modalità e possibilità di sostituzione o rimborso degli articoli.
