About the company

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Plan and run multi-channel lead generation programs that fill the sales pipeline, from paid and organic channels to email and content. The role measures results closely, tests and refines campaigns, and works day to day with sales and development teams to turn interest into qualified opportunities.

What you'll do

- Own pipeline targets by running scalable, measurable demand programs aimed at enterprise and mid-market buyers.

- Support targeted account campaigns alongside an account-based marketing manager, combining paid media, email, sponsored content, paid social and web.

- Manage paid search, paid social, search visibility, content syndication and partner channels, and direct outside agencies to improve pipeline quality.

- Build email and nurture sequences that inform prospects and move them efficiently toward sales conversations.

- Build dashboards and reports that tie campaigns to pipeline and revenue, and analyze funnel performance to guide experiments.

- Collaborate with sales and SDR leaders on targeting, messaging, lead handoff, lead scoring and feedback loops.

- Work with product marketing, content and brand teams to create assets that communicate value across the buyer journey.

- Identify what works, what should be standardized, and where program reach can grow as demand increases.

- Familiarity with sales-led growth motions, sales cycles and managing qualified pipeline stages.

- A track record of working in step with revenue-facing colleagues on targeting, messaging and handoffs.
