In This Role

In this role, you will support product marketing for a digital advertising platform, with an initial focus on advertiser diagnostics, reporting, planning, measurement, and insights. You will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex advertising products and capabilities into clear customer value, incorporate customer and market insights into product strategy, and support go-to-market activities for new and evolving capabilities. You will contribute across product positioning, messaging, customer and competitive insights, product launches, enablement, and adoption while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving product environment.

Responsibilities

Customer, Market & Competitive Insights

  • Gather and synthesize advertiser, market, and competitive insights to identify customer needs, product opportunities, and potential adoption barriers.
  • Partner with Product Management and customer-facing teams to incorporate advertiser feedback into product and go-to-market planning.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and relevant competitive offerings.

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear positioning, value propositions, messaging, and proof points for advertising products and capabilities.
  • Translate technical product functionality into compelling advertiser benefits and use cases.
  • Create customer-facing and internal narratives that simplify complex advertising concepts.

Go-to-Market & Product Launches

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, pilots, and platform capabilities.
  • Partner across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to support launch readiness and product adoption.
  • Develop launch materials, presentations, FAQs, messaging frameworks, and other supporting assets.

Enablement & Cross-Functional Support

  • Develop enablement assets, including pitch decks, product overviews, training materials, and sales resources.
  • Support stakeholder education on product roadmaps, positioning, customer value, and key product changes.
  • Collaborate across teams and adapt to evolving platform priorities and business needs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing and/or go-to-market strategy experience, including experience developing positioning, messaging, value propositions, GTM strategies, or product launch plans.
  • 3+ years of digital advertising or ad tech experience, with an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, advertiser needs, products, and competitive landscape.
  • 3+ years of customer and market insights experience, including synthesizing customer feedback, market research, competitive intelligence, or performance signals into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience with both inbound and outbound product marketing. This is a key eligibility requirement for the role.
  • Ability to translate complex technical product capabilities into clear customer-facing value propositions and messaging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating customer-facing, internal, sales, or enablement materials.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product marketing, product management, strategy, or related experience within digital advertising, ad tech, marketing technology, SaaS, or platform products.
  • Familiarity with advertiser workflows and concepts such as campaign performance, reporting, analytics, measurement, diagnostics, optimization, and media planning.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop polished presentations, messaging frameworks, product narratives, and sales-enablement materials.
  • Experience supporting product launches, pilots, new features, or platform capabilities.
  • Experience with advertiser-facing diagnostics, reporting, planning, measurement, or insights products.
  • Ability to quickly ramp on technical products and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with a comparable large-scale digital advertising platform is strongly preferred.
