About Us

HireHawk builds high-performing remote teams for U.S. and Canadian companies, connecting skilled professionals worldwide with meaningful, long-term work. We’re outcomes-first, detail-obsessed, and we hire people who take ownership—because our clients’ cases and timelines depend on it.

About the Role

With multiple openings available, you will join an owner-led practice and manage a mixed neurologic and orthopedic caseload. This opportunity combines dedicated patient time with the expectation that you are comfortable working independently and adapting to different patient needs. Licensed recent graduates are welcome, and clinicians who demonstrate initiative have opportunities to grow into larger roles within the practice. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome; exact workdays and hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Salary: Focus on one patient for a full hour, with no overlapping appointments $50-$55 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-focused outpatient physical therapy across a mixed neurologic and orthopedic caseload.
  • Give each patient a full hour of one-on-one care without splitting your attention between overlapping appointments.
  • Adapt your approach to the different needs of patients across both clinical areas.
  • Build attentive patient relationships through dedicated, individualized treatment sessions.
  • Take ownership of your day-to-day clinical work while working independently in an owner-led practice.
  • Bring initiative to your work and contribute to the practice as opportunities for broader responsibility develop.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • A Physical Therapist license appropriate for practicing in Georgia.
  • Ability to treat patients with neurologic and orthopedic conditions.
  • Comfort delivering full-hour, one-on-one patient care.
  • Ability to work independently in a single-owner private practice.
  • A patient-focused approach to treatment and communication.

Recent graduates with the required license are encouraged to apply.

Nice to Have:

  • Initiative in identifying ways to contribute to the practice.
  • Adaptability when working with varied patient needs.
  • Interest in professional growth and taking on greater responsibility.

Benefits

  • $500 per month toward health insurance for full-time employees.
  • 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
  • Three weeks of paid time off.
  • Paid continuing education, including dry needling certification.
  • Life insurance.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
