The Work:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer – Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in application architecture, workflow automation, solution design, and governance. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that improve business processes and accelerate digital transformation. Key Responsibilities include Solution Architecture & Application Design.

Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of enterprise application development experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Power Platform development.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations. Required Technical Skills Microsoft Power Platform
  • Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
  • Dataverse
  • Power Pages
  • Power Platform Pipelines DevOps

Bonus Points If You Have:

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

 

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$116,900—$243,100 USD
