About the company
Our client is a software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Plan, run and measure a company's presence across events, executive dinners, podcasts, webinars and community programs, with ownership of the follow-up that turns those interactions into sales meetings and opportunities. The role combines hands-on program execution with building repeatable processes the wider team can run.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the company's presence at industry gatherings, covering presentations, exhibits, after-hours gatherings and post-event outreach that converts contacts into meetings.
- Host and grow a series of small executive dinners in target cities, owning the guest list, format and venue.
- Run a short-form audio show end to end, from finding and scheduling interviewees to recording and repurposing episodes into follow-on material.
- Develop a recurring webinar program that delivers real practical value to its audience.
- Build an online community for senior technology leaders.
- Be accountable for in-person and small-group program results, judged on the sales conversations and deal activity they generate.
- Plan shared programs with outside organizations, such as joint gatherings and alliance activities.
- Turn successful programs into repeatable playbooks, budgets and calendars that the team can run independently.

- Track record of independently delivering multi-session gatherings, from private dinners to conferences and roadshows, rather than only staffing exhibit booths.
- Prior hands-on work in marketing built around events or community at a young software business.
Bonus points
- Helping product marketing colleagues launch products and run in-person activations.
- Background starting a member community from zero, such as peer groups or advisory panels.
