At Pyramid Healthcare Martinsburg Inpatient, our team helps individuals take important steps toward recovery from substance use disorders. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you’ll support clients throughout their treatment journey while gaining valuable hands-on experience in behavioral healthcare.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome new clients and assist with the intake process.

  • Maintain accurate client documentation.

  • Support daily activities and follow individualized treatment plans.

  • Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.

  • Help clients navigate behavioral and emotional challenges, including responding to crisis situations.

  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment.

  • Assist with clients' dietary needs and daily program activities.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to support client needs and recovery goals.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • A dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.
