XTB is a global company from the financial industry, focusing on online trading of financial instruments. We are the largest FinTech in Poland and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe, and the range of our operations covers several countries, including Asia and South America. At XTB, we focus on the development of our employees, giving them opportunities to gain knowledge and skills in various fields, as well as offering a number of training and development programs. If you are looking for challenges and want to gain valuable experience in an international business environment - XTB is the right place for you.

We are a certified Great Place to Work company.

As a Transaction Reporting Analyst, you will support and develop XTB’s regulatory transaction reporting processes, primarily across EMIR, MiFIR and SFTR. You will work with transaction data, regulatory requirements and reporting systems to help ensure that reports submitted by XTB are complete, accurate and timely.
The role combines regulatory analysis with hands-on data investigation and close cooperation with developers. You will join an experienced team and have the opportunity to develop strong expertise in one of the key RegTech areas within a rapidly growing international investment firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation, validation and monitoring of EMIR, MiFIR and SFTR transaction reports
  • Analyse reporting issues, rejected records, reconciliation breaks and data-quality exceptions to identify root causes
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical reporting rules, data mappings and system requirements
  • Work closely with developers on changes to reporting logic, including defining requirements, testing solutions and validating implemented changes
  • Perform data-quality controls and reconciliations between source systems, reporting datasets and external reporting repositories or service providers
  • Support implementation of regulatory changes and improvements to transaction reporting processes, controls and documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in transaction or regulatory reporting within a financial institution, investment firm, bank, trade repository or consulting firm
  • Practical knowledge of at least one major transaction reporting regime (preferably EMIR or MiFIR)
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with transaction data, reconciliations and data-quality issues
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for querying and analysing data
  • Ability to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into clear business or data requirements
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

What we offer:

    • Stable employment based on an employment contract
    • A clear development path supported by regular feedback and transparent career progression
    • Hybrid work model
    • Equipment tailored to your needs
    • Wide range of benefits like private medical care, myBenefit platform, sport card, language learning platform, meal co-financing at the office and more
