Senior Sales Executive - Ocean & Air Freight - K/M

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers for air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), customs brokerage, warehousing, and logistics services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and grow account revenue.
• Work closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor market trends, carrier rates, trade lanes, and competitor activities.
• Update CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5+ years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), import and export procedures, incoterms and customs clearance processes
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to prepare pricing and logistics solutions for customers.
• CRM proficiency and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Native-level proficiency in Polish and a minimum of B2+/C1 level English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
