Il/la candidata/o, a riporto dell’area Risorse Umane della società ed in collaborazione con il team, si occupa di:
- Attività di supporto in attività di ricerca e selezione del personale: pubblicazione annunci, screening CV, colloqui di selezione, compilazione reportistica e aggiornamento database
- Attività di supporto nell’ambito di progetti di Performance Management e Formazione Manageriale
- Attività di supporto organizzazione webinar ed eventi di networking in ambito HR
