Lo specialista all'assistenza clienti, inserito all'interno del magazzino, si occuperà di:
-esaminare gli ordini di acquisto dei clienti per valutare i requisiti
-elaborazione e gestione degli ordini tramite portale aziendale
-collabora e interagisce con le altre funzioni (es. Vendite e Qualità) per garantire l'evasione degli ordini in tempi congrui
-assegna eventuali priorità agli ordini
-risoluzione delle problematiche e dei reclami
