Business Analyst

The ICT Business Analyst bridges the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions. The role supports the delivery of software projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The successful candidate combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach to drive business value and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirements traceability.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Support solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release activities.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation while facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
