  • Work across supply, fulfilment, inventory, customer experience, technology, and business teams to drive execution.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track business and operational outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall experience.
  • Support the design and optimisation of customer journeys for parents and families.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation and measurement.
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and category research to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, analysis, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Establish operating mechanisms, review processes, and performance cadences for critical business functions.
  • Track key initiatives, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, technology adoption, and process standardisation.
  • Support experimentation and rapid iteration across new products, services, and operational models.
  • Take ownership of high-priority projects and independently drive them toward measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to building scalable systems and processes as the business moves from 0 to 1 and beyond.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, product operations, growth, program management, ecommerce, quick commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience working in startups, high-growth businesses, ecommerce, marketplaces, consumer technology, or digital platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them through to execution.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, customer experience, and growth.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and business analysis tools.
  • Experience with dashboards, KPIs, business reporting, or data analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial understanding and customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a narrowly defined job description.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
