The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own video content from start to finish, capturing day-to-day team activity on a professional camera and turning it into edited posts for the company's social channels. The role involves regular travel with the team and a focus on growing audience reach through a consistent, recognizable style.

What you'll do

- Film team activity on a professional camera, both in the office and while traveling.

- Edit and publish roughly three videos per week.

- Manage the company's presence on Instagram, X and LinkedIn.

- Grow follower counts and video views, the main tracked metrics, through a consistent content style.

- Create light brand design work and social media assets.

- Contribute to merchandise design where possible, which may be contracted out.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Ability to handle the full video pipeline solo: filming, editing and posting.

- Experience shooting on a professional camera rather than relying only on phone clips.

- A strong eye for quality and a clear, distinct visual style.

- Understanding of what drives growth in followers and views on social channels.

- Willingness to travel frequently and capture content on the go.

- Up to 5 years of relevant experience.

Bonus points

- Graphic or brand design skills, including merchandise design.

- A track record of edited content that drove real audience growth.

- Comfort being the always-on person documenting team activity.

- Base salary: USD 55,000 to 100,000 per year
