Talent Acquisition Specialist

At City Wide Facility Solutions, we're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting with people and finding great talent. This is a highly visible role focused on sourcing candidates, building professional relationships, and helping our growing organization attract top employees. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the full recruiting process for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and make successful hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent City Wide in the community through recruiting initiatives, professional associations, career fairs, and networking events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to build relationships and connect with people.
• Strong networking and sourcing skills with a proactive, hunter mentality.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping teams grow.
• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or sales experience preferred.
