-
Model solid engineering practices around architectural design, testability, scalability and maintainability and contribute effectively to technical discussions across the team.
-
Build tools and processes to improve proactive monitoring and alerting, incident response, reducing toil, enhancing documentation, increasing observability coverage, and addressing technical debt as part of regular work.
-
Get to work across organizational boundaries - collaborating with IT Operations, Corporate Security, Public Cloud, and Engineering teams to ensure high availability of all Box services.
- Participate in on-call rotation and drive improvements to incident response and system resilience.
