D&L LLC is looking for Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our Blytheville, AR Sheet Metal shop!

We’re looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic/Installers to join our team and play a key role in delivering top-quality HVAC installations for our clients. If you've worked in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC installation, ductwork, construction, or a similar trade, we'd like to talk to you!

What You’ll Do!

• • Install HVAC ductwork and equipment in commercial projects
  • Field measure ductwork and prepare cut sheets for fabrication
  • Work with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
  • Keep a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

(Sheet metal experience is preferred, but we're willing to talk to the right person)

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication
• Valid driver’s license (required) with a clean record (no DUI’s in last 3 years)

*If you can read a tape measure, work safely with tools, learn quickly, and take pride in your work, don't count yourself out just because you don't check every box.
