Working alongside a collaborative design team, you will lead projects through all phases of due diligence/assessments, design, approvals and permitting, construction administration, and closeout. Mentoring younger staff assigned to these project types will be critical to the success of the firm’s projects in these areas and to the growth of our team members as architects and designers
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in architecture
- A current architectural license in Indiana or state of residence
- 8 - 12 years of related work experience
- Degree or certificate in preservation or significant documented experience in preservation
- Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Suite
- Robust adaptive re-use portfolio working with different façade and structural systems
- Ability to plan and detail exterior and interior components of various types of construction
- Well-versed in visualization tools and able to communicate designs three-dimensionally with a variety of tools and software platforms
Salary within this range will reflect experience, qualifications, and demonstrated project leadership. DELV offers a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; paid family leave; generous PTO; and a culture you can't find anywhere else.
