Senior Product Marketing Manager, San Francisco, CA

Dealpath is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape how we position, launch, and grow our platform as we expand the role of AI, data, and intelligent workflows across institutional commercial real estate.

Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue and Customer Success, this role will turn customer insight, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and product innovation into differentiated positioning and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and growth.

You’ll play a critical role in strengthening Dealpath’s platform narrative, identifying where we have the greatest opportunity to win, and bringing new products and capabilities to market. We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, use data to make better decisions, and embrace AI as a core part of how modern product marketing gets done.

What You’ll Do

  • Own positioning and market narrative. Develop and evolve positioning, messaging, and value propositions across Dealpath’s platform, products, audiences, and priority use cases. Translate complex AI, data, and product capabilities into clear customer value and help strengthen Dealpath’s position as an AI-driven platform for institutional commercial real estate.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and product launches. Own GTM strategy for major launches and new capabilities, defining audiences, use cases, messaging, enablement, success metrics, and cross-functional execution. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Communications, and Revenue Operations to drive adoption and commercial impact.
  • Own customer, market, and competitive intelligence. Develop a deep understanding of our buyers, customers, competitors, and market. Lead customer research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis to uncover buying triggers, unmet needs, competitive strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities for Dealpath to differentiate. Turn those insights into recommendations for Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership. Partner closely with Product during discovery and solution design, bringing customer, market, and competitive intelligence to help shape what we build
  • Shape ICP, segmentation, pricing, and growth strategy. Use qualitative and quantitative data to refine priority ICPs, personas, use cases, and market opportunities. Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success on pricing and packaging strategy, and use customer, pipeline, adoption, and market data to inform commercialization and growth decisions.
  • Enable Sales and influence Product. Equip customer-facing teams with compelling narratives, competitive guidance, training, battlecards, objection handling, and other high-impact enablement. Bring customer and market insight into product planning, roadmap discussions, naming, packaging, differentiation, and commercialization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, fintech, proptech, data, financial services, or another complex technology category.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success owning positioning, messaging, product launches, and go-to-market strategy for sophisticated products and enterprise buyers.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to turn customer, market, and performance data into clear decisions and recommendations.
  • Experience with customer and market research, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, ICP and segmentation strategy, and pricing and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate, institutional investing, private markets, or capital markets preferred; otherwise, a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex industries, workflows, and sophisticated buyer audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and executive stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex concepts clear, differentiated, and compelling.
  • Strong fluency with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to apply AI to improve marketing research, analysis, strategy, productivity, and execution.
