About the Role:

Tubi is building a world-class product platform, and we are looking for designers to join our Product Design team.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end product design (UX, UI, prototyping) for multiple features across your pod's product surface. In this role, you will deliver both tactical and strategic design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs. By partnering closely with cross-functional teams - including Research, Product, and Engineering - you will drive the vision and strategy for your pod, ensuring the creation of innovative, best-in-class user experiences.

This role is hybrid in San Francisco (with 2 days in the office per week).

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Research, Product, and Engineering to identify, prioritize, and scope new opportunities
  • Generate user flows, prototypes, and other design artifacts that communicate your solution hypothesis
  • Craft elegant and scalable design solutions that are aligned with best practices and fully compliant with engineering and accessibility requirements
  • Garner approval from cross-functional stakeholders, manage and incorporate feedback, and drive towards consensus
  • Conduct and synthesize limited user research relevant to your pod's priorities; collaborate with the Research team to generate insights and validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with Research and Data Science to measure the impact of your design decisions and inform iterative improvements
  • Work autonomously to identify new opportunities and influence your pod's product roadmap

Your Background:

  • Typically ~5-8 years of experience in building digital products
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design and prototyping skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems through elegant solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience working on products that reach millions of users
  • Ability to champion collaborative product-making and partner closely with Engineering and Product teams
  • Experience with experiment-driven product development: using data and research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users
  • Experience contributing to, maintaining, and scaling design systems
  • Proficiency with industry standard design tools such as Figma

Skills that will set you apart:

  • Experience conducting moderated or unmoderated user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
  • Familiarity with designing for diverse user needs and accessibility considerations from the start
  • Ability to think holistically and create scalable design solutions that support fast iteration and feature expansion
  • Experience translating business strategy into coherent, intuitive user experiences
