Who you'll be:

As a Senior Business Analyst (Team Lead), you will coordinate efforts across multiple project teams and collaborate with Information System Security Officers (ISSOs). Your main focus will be managing project schedules and ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements among stakeholders. You will implement robust requirements tracking and traceability processes to align with OST’s strategic goals, facilitating effective communication and maintaining team alignment.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and coordinate activities across multiple project teams and with ISSOs.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Implement robust requirements tracking and traceability processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Oversee communication management to inform all parties of project progress and changes.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential risks or issues related to requirements and scheduling.

What you'll need:

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience with requirements management tools and scheduling software.
  • Proficiency in communication management tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with requirements tracking systems such as JIRA or Confluence.
  • Knowledge of traceability matrices and workflow automation tools.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to align project activities with strategic goals effectively.

Eligibility requirement:

Active Top Secret security clearance

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

 

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$94,000—$178,700 USD
