DUTIES
- Ensures all elements of this taxonomy are linked correctly in parent-child relationships and that all dependencies are reflected in the appropriate JIRA fields, along with the correct Tags and Labels for each record.

To this end, the Contractor shall support all management activities to synchronize development activity with the other Agency’s Program Office and monitor the status of capability backlogs, prioritization, and successful uploads of RTM capabilities to the Agency’s operational instance.

- Be adept at synchronizing documentation across trains and systems using Confluence templates, macros, and standardized workflows to maintain a single source of truth.
- Support architecture and system reviews by developing and maintaining ADRs, interface specifications, and non-functional requirements documentation.
- Understand cross-program and external system coordination, ensuring requirements and dependencies are aligned with other Agency programs and partners.
- Apply automation, reporting, and auditing techniques to monitor compliance, enforce taxonomy rules, and ensure data integrity across systems.
