Residential Plumbing Sales Technician

Copeland Home Services is looking for a highly motivated Plumbing Service Sales Consultant to join our growing

residential team in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area.

You'll meet homeowners in their homes, understand their plumbing needs, and present the right solution — from water heater replacements and repipes to drain and sewer line repairs. This is a straight-commission-friendly, uncapped-earning role for someone who's competitive, coachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people solve a problem in their home.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess residential plumbing issues and needs
• Partner with plumbing technicians to translate diagnostics into clear customer-facing options
• Present tailored solutions and pricing for repairs, replacements, and system upgrades (water heaters, repiping,
• drain/sewer lines, fixtures)
• Build accurate, professional quotes and proposals using our mobile sales tools
• Close sales with a consultative, customer-first approach — no high-pressure tactics
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support urgent residential service requests

Requirements

What You'll Need

• Texas Plumbing License Required or 5-6 years residential service plumbing experience and ready to test

• Proven track record in sales; in-home, residential services, or B2C sales strongly preferred
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based pay structure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable using a tablet/CRM for quoting and documentation
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including some evenings and weekends

Schedule

Full-time, residential service sales covering the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), Texas market.
