As the Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health and Hospice Administrator, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our Hospice Division. What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Home Health and Hospice Division
• Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
• Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
• Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
• Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of home health and hospice experience
• Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
• Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
