BAYADA Hospice is currently recruiting for compassionate Registered Nurse Case Managers and Clinical Managers to reliably serve Hospice patients throughout Vermont.

RN Case Managers provide hands-on clinical direct one-on-one patient care and support to hospice patients on a daily basis.  The Clinical Manager role focuses primarily on clinical oversight, team development, and building community relationships

As a hospice Registered Nurse (RN), you will be an integral member off a multidisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, palliative care that allows clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes—surrounded by familiarity, dignity, and the people they love.

Why Choose Hospice?

  • Build meaningful relationships through one-on-one patient care
  • Create your own schedule and enjoy greater work-life balance
  • Focus on quality care without the productivity pressures of a clinic
  • Work independently while being supported by a collaborative clinical team
  • Help patients to maintain comfort, dignity, and meaningful support during every stage of their journey.

What our Hospice Nurses do:

  • Provide skilled hospice nursing visits, helping clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable in their own environment.
  • Provide treatment and support with a focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
  • Monitor changes in condition and communicate updates to ensure every client receives timely, thoughtful care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide seamless, well-rounded care for clients and their families.

What you should have:

  • Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont.  Some positions require NH license as well.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved practical nursing program, as demonstrated by a diploma or transcript
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable RN experience
  • Prior hospice experience is welcomed but not required for RN Case Managers and required for Clinical Managers
  • Strong assessment, communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

We believe employees are our greatest asset:

Enjoy being part of a team that cares and a company that believes in leading with our values.

  • Develop your skills with training and scholarship opportunities.
  • Advance your career with specially designed career tracks.
  • Be recognized and rewarded for your compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, employer-paid life insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, weekly pay, direct deposit, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employee referral bonuses, 401(k) with company match, scholarship opportunities, and career advancement programs

Additional Information:

RN Case Manager Compensation $45–$55 per hour, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

Clinical Manager Base Salary: $100,000-$110,000 / year depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation
