What you’ll do:

- Office Upkeep: Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment by keeping shared spaces stocked, assisting with routine office upkeep, and taking out the trash.
What we’re looking for:
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing, reception, or front-desk role with a demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette and the ability to interact confidently with clients and visitors.
- Dependability: Demonstrated reliability, strong follow-through, and the ability to work independently while managing daily front-office responsibilities.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency with experience in data entry, office software, and learning new systems as needed.
- Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle upset or emotional callers with professionalism, and recognize when to escalate situations appropriately.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage administrative tasks, client information, and day-to-day office responsibilities.
Why you should work here:
- Meaningful Work: Enjoy the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals during challenging times. Every interaction gives you the chance to positively impact a client's experience while contributing to a firm with a meaningful mission.
- Autonomy & Trust: Thrive in a role where you'll be trusted to take ownership of the front office, work independently, and make a meaningful contribution to the firm's day-to-day success.
- Close-Knit Team: Join a collaborative small-firm environment where your contributions make a daily impact. You'll work closely with firm leadership and help deliver the personalized client experience the firm is known for.
- Work Schedule: Part-time position, Tuesday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
