Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. - Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations and case law.

- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel and negotiate resolutions.

- Provide occasional support on purchase-and-sale matters.

- Work alongside shareholders and attorneys while support staff handle administrative tasks.

What we're looking for

- Polished brief-writing, shown by a courtroom-document sample supplied during hiring.

- A track record juggling a heavy docket and keeping several filing dates on schedule at the same time.

- Understanding of landlord-tenant litigation.

- Proficiency with standard office software and legal research databases.
