Our Mobile Geriatric Psychiatry Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a heart for senior care and a passion for redefining how older adults experience mental health and emotional well-being.
This role blends independent clinical practice with strong team-based collaboration, supported by a care model that values compassion, connection, and clinical excellence. If you’re looking to step away from the traditional clinic setting and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors, we look forward to connecting with you.
Let’s put a heart of GOLD back in the Golden Years.
About Us
