The Work:

This role translates business and financial requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS configurations that enable accurate project setup, cost capture, funding, billing, revenue recognition, asset capitalization, and final closeout. The Specialist ensures system stability, data quality, and compliance across all project accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure correct integration setup between Projects, Time & Labor, Procurement, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets
- Update configuration workbooks, maintain setup documentation, and manage configuration migration across environments
- Troubleshoot cross‑module project‑accounting issues and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression)
- Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure project‑accounting configuration aligns with policies and compliance requirements
- Support the full project lifecycle from initial setup through financial closeout
Here’s What You Need:
- Hands‑on experience configuring Oracle Cloud PPM or Oracle EBS Project Accounting modules
- Strong understanding of project‑cost flows, funding, billing, revenue, and closeout processes
- Experience validating integrations across Time & Labor, Procurement, AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets
- Skilled in writing functional specifications, test scripts, process flows, and configuration documentation
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with an ability to troubleshoot cross‑module issues
