Production Worker - 12-Hour Night Shift

A leading food manufacturing company in Milwaukee is seeking dependable Production Associates to join its overnight production team. This position involves operating production equipment, packaging finished products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. Employees will work in a fast-paced environment while following all safety and food production guidelines.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment​‌

Operate and monitor production equipment

Package, label, and inspect finished products

Follow quality and safety procedures

Maintain a clean work area

Assist with general production duties

Work 12-hour shifts on 3rd shift
