About the company
Our client is a healthcare technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the roadmap and delivery for a software platform, serving as the connection between company leadership, engineers and customers. Convert high-level direction into clear priorities, detailed specifications and released features in a fast-moving startup setting.
What you'll do
- Translate leadership vision into features, deliverables and a roadmap the whole team supports.
- Partner with engineering from the start, writing detailed requirements and weighing tradeoffs such as MVP scope against technical debt.
- Speak with users and executive buyers, and use insights from sales conversations to adjust, expand or cut scope.
- Use analytics to define success metrics and reporting views, and let those measures guide prioritization.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the whole platform rather than individual features, and keep challenging both the product and the way the team works.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product, including time at an early-stage startup or high-growth company.
- Background in product management, strategy or consulting.
- Daily use of AI tools, with the ability to prototype your own work.
- Enough technical fluency to take part in engineering conversations about tradeoffs and constraints, without needing to write code.
- Outcome-focused mindset with B2B or enterprise workflow experience that connects user experience to business results.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives as customers.
- Based in New York, NY or willing to relocate, and able to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
- Stable tenure history.
- US work authorization.
Bonus points
- Experience at a well-known high-growth enterprise software company.
- Hands-on prototyping or rapid AI-assisted building skills.
- Workflow expertise in business or enterprise platforms, such as financial workflows.
