Additional responsibilities include analyzing production data for trends and improvement opportunities, writing and modifying work procedures, supporting continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, preparing technical reports and presentations, and creating training materials for production employees and supervisors. The position works closely with operators, maintenance, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve legacy manufacturing lines and deliver projects from planning through completion.

• At least two years of lean manufacturing knowledge and practical manufacturing engineering experience.

• Experience creating and conducting engineering trials and investigating yield or quality issues.

• Strong technical and analytical ability, including root-cause analysis, corrective action, and prevention.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production methods, quality control, cost analysis, and techniques for improving output and efficiency.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, models, technical plans, and drawings.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional projects independently through completion.

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, MS Project, and related engineering applications.

• Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing facility and collaborating with production and maintenance teams.

• Able and willing to work 100% on-site, generally Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for early starts, late work, or weekends when necessary.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; candidates should disclose whether current or future visa sponsorship is required.

• Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds.

Benefits

• Annual salary range: $85,000–$95,000, depending on experience.
