The Polisher 2 is focused on advanced grinding, sanding, and polishing of brass, metal, plexiglass, and other materials.

Job responsibilities include:

• Perform precision polishing using cloth, hand tools, power tools, and air pneumatic tools.
• Inspect and assess materials for flaws, cracks, and surface imperfections with a high level of accuracy.
• Operate and maintain polishing machinery including wheels and vibratory finishers.
• Train and mentor junior polishers on techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain proper ergonomics and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

 What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in metal finishing or polishing in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with polishing tools and techniques, including pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting.
• Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.
