Personal Injury Attorney

In this role, you will play a meaningful part in guiding cases forward and helping clients understand their options throughout the legal process. This is an opportunity for an attorney who is motivated by client advocacy, enjoys balancing litigation strategy with relationship management, and can contribute confidently across a busy personal injury practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress, strategy, and expectations.
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active admission to the Idaho bar.
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, including case management in a legal practice.
• Experience negotiating settlements with insurance carriers.
• Experience conducting legal research and drafting persuasive legal pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Experience communicating with clients about case progress, strategy, and expectations.
• Experience representing clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
