La risorsa, riportando alla Responsabile Risorse Umane, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Elaborazione e controllo delle paghe e dei cedolini;
- Gestione degli adempimenti amministrativi e contributivi legati al rapporto di lavoro;
- Supporto nella gestione e controlli delle presenze;
- Applicazione e aggiornamento della normativa giuslavoristica e contrattuale;
- Supporto nella gestione dei rapporti con consulenti del lavoro ed enti esterni;
- Gestione della documentazione e dell’anagrafica del personale;
- Supporto nella reportistica HR e nel monitoraggio dei costi del personale.
