We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our workforce of over 4,000 employees, working closely with the accounting team to keep payroll compliant, accurate, and running smoothly. Requirements

• Process weekly payroll, including benefits and deductions, with accuracy and efficiency 

• Review timecards for accuracy and completeness prior to payroll processing 

• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including address and phone changes and W-4 updates 

• Ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements, including E-Verify and I-9 documentation 

• Stay informed on current federal and state wage and hour regulations 

• Apply collective bargaining agreement wage and benefit requirements to payroll as applicable 

• Resolve payroll questions and discrepancies with employees and field and office teams 

• Perform other related duties that contribute to the success of the department and company as assigned by supervision 

• Physically scan appropriate paperwork into the system for new hires, collective bargaining updates, and more
