Member Services Coordinator - Customer Service - Full-Time - On-Site

Location: Bradenton, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time, W-2, paid weekly

About the Role
We’re hiring a Member Services Coordinator to provide phone-based customer support to our estate planning members. You’ll follow up after plan delivery, answer benefit questions, and help members connect with network attorneys for plan changes or estate settlement. This is a great fit for a customer service professional who enjoys helping people and works well in an organized, fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Make post-delivery and survey follow-up calls to confirm member satisfaction
• Request online reviews from satisfied members
• Explain Assured Care plan benefits and attorney network access
• Participate in outbound call campaigns
• Answer and route inbound calls to the appropriate department
• Resolve member concerns professionally and document interactions
• Inform members of plan updates and ongoing service options

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, or member services experience
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday

Nice to Have

• Experience in a law firm, insurance, or financial services environment
• Familiarity with estate planning concepts (training provided)
