Manufacturing Supervisor - Fabrication Shop

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fabrication shop environment. We are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who understands the complete fabrication process and can effectively manage a production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and hands-on knowledge of TRUMPF laser, press brakes, copper fabrication, and powder coating operations.

$90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary plus a 10% Bonus Opportunity

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Hands-on experience with TRUMPF laser equipment

Press brake experience

Copper fabrication experience

Powder coating line experience

Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings

Strong knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
