Manager

We are looking for a Manager to run our McHenry, IL branch. MIRK Inc. is a rental comapny that provides equipment for the utility and forestry industries. This position is full time. We are looking for a well rounded individual to be able to fulfill both roles.

Manager role: Will be in charge of 2 to 3 other employees. Ability to schedule in the equipment to be serviced and DOT inspected. Having a mechanical or utility equipment background is preferred. Expectation is to have good leadership with initiative to set an example for employees. Manager will make inside sales and service customers who call, email, or make in-person visits to our location in McHenry.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Technical and mechanical knowledge
• Detail-oriented trouble-shooting skills needed for problem solving
• Accounting skills in order to run a successful shop
• Sales background
