What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Perform routine inspections and basic machine adjustments
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience, preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift
• High school diploma or have a GED
• Basic computer literacy
• Candidates must be a US Citizen or existing Green Card holder due to customer facility access requirements, and an ability to meet minimum lifting guidelines

  • In your first successful year with us you could earn a minimum of $39,000 in base pay. (Assumes working all regular scheduled shifts.)

• Shift Pay

·                  Our base work-shift schedule varies from 36 to 48 hours. ​When you work a 36-hour week, you still get paid for 40 hours! That’s Four Free Hours Pay on this shift!​

·                 When you work a 48-hour week, you get the extra 8 hours paid at overtime rate (1.5X), adding a minimum extra $2,420 per year to your pocket!​
