Line Cook — Vicious Biscuit

Join Vicious Biscuit as an experienced Line Cook and earn $20–24/hour with NO NIGHTS EVER, flexible scheduling, and real growth opportunities — all at a fast-casual breakfast spot known for "Best Biscuits" and a feature on The Cooking Channel's Food Paradise.

What You'll Get

  • $20–24/hour
  • NO NIGHTS EVER — single morning shift, 7 days a week
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible scheduling and paid training
  • Employee discount
  • Opportunities for growth and travel as we expand
  • A fun, supportive work environment

What You Need

  • 1–2+ years of line cook experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-casual, or breakfast kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Available to work weekends
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)

The Role

As a Line Cook, you'll own a station — sauté, fry, or biscuit build — and keep tickets moving with speed, consistency, and quality. You'll:

  • Cook and plate to recipe and presentation standards, with accurate portioning
  • Work your station at pace during high-volume rushes
  • Monitor food temps and operate cooking equipment safely
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized; properly store and label product
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
  • Communicate with the front-of-house team and support teammates to keep service flowing

About Us

Since 2018, Vicious Biscuit has redefined the biscuit — award-winning food, full-service hospitality, and fast-casual convenience. We've earned a reputation for the "Best Biscuits" around and a spot on The Cooking Channel's Food Paradise. But we're most proud of building a team that thrives, not just a restaurant that serves.

If hospitality, growth, and great biscuits sound like your kind of workplace, apply today.
