Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | Entry Level
Just graduated? Ready to get to work?
Arboreal Management is one of the fastest-growing residential property management companies in the Pacific Northwest. We've grown from 200 apartments in 2021 to more 10,000 today by combining great people with technology and AI tools we build ourselves.
We're hiring smart, motivated recent college graduates to join our Seattle leasing and sales team.
No real estate experience required. We're looking for people who are good with people, learn quickly, work hard, and like to win.
This is a real sales job. You'll meet prospective residents, show apartments, manage your own pipeline, and earn commission on every lease you close. You'll have substantial independence, clear performance goals, and the tools to succeed.
Earn what you're worth
You'll start at $25/hour (approximately $52,000 annually) plus uncapped commission.
Our top leasing performers earn an additional $2,000–$4,000 per month in commission, putting their annualized total compensation at approximately $76,000–$100,000.
Your earnings depend on your performance. We don't care how long you've been here or what your title is. We care about results.
What you'll do
Sell apartment leases. Meet prospective residents, conduct tours, answer questions, and turn interest into signed leases.
Manage your pipeline. Respond quickly to leads, follow up consistently, and keep prospective residents moving toward a decision.
Drive marketing. You will have significant control over how to spend your property's marketing dollars to get you the most and best leads.
Get out in the field. Travel between our Seattle properties, meet customers, and learn the neighborhoods and buildings you're selling.
Use great technology. Work with our proprietary software and AI-powered tools to spend less time on paperwork and more time with customers.
Learn how a business works. Understand how pricing, occupancy, customer service, and operations come together in a large real estate portfolio.
Improve how we operate. We move fast, experiment constantly, and expect everyone to contribute ideas.
Who we're looking for
Recent college graduates or students graduating soon. Any major is welcome.
Experience in a customer-facing job, such as restaurants, retail, hospitality, campus jobs, or sales. Summer and part-time experience absolutely counts.
Excellent communication skills and confidence talking with people you've just met.
Competitive, self-motivated, and excited about earning commission.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable learning new software and using AI tools.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between properties.
You don't need to know anything about real estate. We'll teach you.
What you'll get
Base pay: $25/hour, approximately $52,000 annually.
Uncapped commission: Our top performers earn an additional $24,000–$48,000 annually at their current production rates.
Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching
Real responsibility: You'll manage customer relationships and contribute directly to the company's results.
Professional experience: You'll build practical skills in sales, negotiation, technology, customer service, and business operations.
Room to grow: Strong performers may have opportunities to move into property management, operations, compliance, or other roles as positions become available.
Why Arboreal?
A lot of entry-level jobs involve sitting behind a desk, waiting for someone to give you responsibility, and earning the same salary regardless of how well you perform.
This isn't one of them.
You'll be part of a young, ambitious team at a company that's growing quickly and using technology to rethink how property management works.
You'll learn by doing, have the freedom to make decisions, and see the results of your work in your paycheck.
Whether you're looking to build a career in real estate or develop valuable sales and business experience, this is a great place to start.
Apply today. Tell us a little about yourself, your work experience, and why you think you'd be good at sales.
