- Support physical office operations, including lifting and transporting supplies and equipment.
-
Work with HR to plan and manage the employee events and activities calendar, including morale-building initiatives, team recognition programs, and firm-wide gatherings.
-
Develop, document, and refine office management processes and policies to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with firm standards.
-
Oversee employee travel logistics for the firm.
- Manage the firm's food and beverage program across lunch, snacks, and related office needs.
-
Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to align office management with broader firm priorities.
-
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Base Salary: $110k-$180k per year, depending on experience. Actual offer will reflect your specific skills, years of relevant experience, and fit for the role. It is unlikely that all new hires will start at the top of this range.

- You prioritize acting ethically in all situations.
