We're California's premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, and we're looking for an Intake Specialist who brings equal parts heart and precision.

What You'll Do

• Be the first voice potential clients hear — conduct evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts
• Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos that help attorneys move fast and decide smart
• Keep the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible
• Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training
• The above duties are representative but not exhaustive

• You're proficient in MS Word, Excel, and practice management software
• Spanish fluency a strong plus

What We Offer:

• Hourly pay: $26-$28 BOE
• Workplace: Hybrid

Industry-Leading Benefits:

• Firm pays 100% of premiums for dental and vision
• Firm pays 100% of all Silver-level medical plans
• Firm contributes approximately 10% toward retirement (3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing)
• $500 annual FSA contribution
• Time for Life: Accrual of 80 hours of PTO (additional 40 hours on 3rd anniversary), 40 hours sick pay, plus your birthday off as a fully paid day.
